Pink Lady® Apple Lollipops

- 1 Pink Lady® apple
- 8 Cocktail sticks or lollipop sticks
- 100 g 70% dark chocolate
- Supplementary ingredients
- 100 g Sesame seeds
- 100 g Chopped hazelnuts
- 100 g Desiccated coconut
- 100 g Smashed Oreos
- 100 g Stem ginger
- 100 g Orange zest
- 100 g Pistachios
- 100 g Meringue and freeze-dried strawberry mixture
- 1 sheet Greaseproof paper
Carefully slice the Pink Lady® apple into eighths.
Insert the lollipop sticks into the Pink Lady® apple slices.
Melt the chocolate.
Dip the apple lollipops into the melted chocolate, aiming for approximately half of each Pink Lady® apple slice to be covered in the chocolate.
Before the chocolate dries, quickly dip the Pink Lady® apple slices into your choice of topping (feel free to add any of your favourite topping!).
Lay on the greaseproof paper until set, then enjoy!
